How Does LandAirSea 54 GPS Tracker Works?

  • LandAirSea GPS Tracker is included with an International SIM card and you need to add the subscription plan during the activation of the device. Thus LandAirSea 54 GPS tracker works with the 4G LTE SIM card.
  • You just need to register the device on the LandAirSea portal and activate it using the serial number of the device and the subscription plan. The subscription plan is for the included SIM card. Download and install the SilverCloud app. Open the app and start accessing your GPS device.

For your Apple and Android mobile phones, you need to download the SilverCloud app from the App Store and Play Store, respectively. Install the SilverCloud app on your device and start tracking the device like a pro. You can monitor the accurate location of your tracking device using the SilverCloud app. It is armed with Geofencing, Sharespot, and so many innovative features.

LandAirSea 54 Activation & Setup

  • In the first place, create an account on the LandAirSea portal.
  • In your default browser, visit the LandAirSea activation portal and select the device type as Real-time GPS device SilverCloud, Sync, 54, 2020.
  • Enter all the required details and create a new account.
  • If you already have an account, click on 'I have an existing account.'
  • After logging in to the account, type your device's serial number in the Serial Number field and click on the Add tab.
  • In the tracking plan field, choose your preferred plan. You can select the subscription plan monthly, once in six months, once a year, or once in two years basis.
  • Click on the Add Device option and make the payment you have selected on the tracking plan field.
  • When the payment is successful, your LandAirSea 54 GPS device will be activated.
  • Now you can start using your GPS just as you wish.

Setup

  • Unpack the product box and take out the GPS device and all the contents that came along with it.
  • Remove all the packing materials from your GPS device and its contents.
  • Slide the rubber cap of your GPS device using the provided on/off pin. Then charge your device by using the supplied USB cable. When you charge your device, make sure the UP sticker on the USB cable is facing up, and it would take approximately 2 hours for the device to be fully charged.
  • When your device is charging, you can notice the LED light to be in red, and it would turn green when your GPS device is fully charged.
  • Once the LED light turns green, disconnect the USB cable and reinsert the rubber cap.
  • Once you have completed the device's activation, download and install the SilverCloud app on your mobile phone, open the app and enter the user name and password.
  • The credentials are just the same which you have entered during the registration of your device. When you get into the SilverCloud portal, a full windowed satellite map of the location of your GPS tracker will be displayed. You can notice the tracker with the car icon labeled with the ten-digit serial number.

  • LandAirSea portal doesn’t provide any user manual for the LandAirSea 54 GPS device as every aspect of the GPS device is controlled by the SilverCloud app. You can download the SilverCloud user manual by following the procedure given below.

  • On the Downloads page, click on the Download now button below the Real-time user guide.

  • When you prefer to restrict the movement of something or someone beyond the specific area, you can opt for Geofence alerts.
  • Geofences are the perimeters that could be drawn on the map, and when you fix the alert, whenever your tracking device enters or comes out of the marked areas, you will be intimated with an alert.
  • To create Geofence alerts, open the SilverCloud app and click on the LandAirSea logo followed by the SilverCloud alerts.
  • In the Geofence alerts section, choose the area to be geofenced. You can also create yet another Geofence area by clicking on draw new Geofence.
  • You can also modify your existing Geofence by increasing or decreasing the area.
  • Whenever your tracking device leaves or enters the Geofence, you will be intimated with an alert on your email id, or you can also opt-in to receive the alerts directly on your mobile phone through the SilverCloud app.

Land Air Sea 54 Lights

  • When your GPS device is charging, it will light up in red color.
  • Once it is fully charged, the GPS device starts to show up three LED lights.
  • If you see only two or one green light, it signifies that it has not been connected to the signal yet.
  • You can activate it by taking it out for a walk or drive. It can connect to the signal only while in motion.
  • If you want to turn on the LED lights, you can do it through the SilverCloud app. When you do so, it will not show off its location with its glaring lights.
  • If you want to turn off the LED lights, you can do it through the SilverCloud app. When you do so, it will not show off its location with its glaring lights.

LandAirSea 54 Not Working

    Check whether your GPS device has enough charge to turn on. Charge your device and check whether it works. When your device is not fully connected to the signals, your device might look as if it is not working. You just take it out for a walk, and within 10 to 15 minutes, you can notice that your device gets connected to the signals and starts working.

LandAirSea 54 Not Charging

    Check whether the USB cable you are using to charge your GPS device is working fine. You can check it by connecting it to any other device. If you find the problem with the USB cable, replace it and charge your device. If your USB cable is working fine, check whether the port you are inserting the USB cable got damaged. You should keep in mind that the device is waterproof but not the port of the GPS device; that is why it has been protected with a rubber cap. So, whenever you charge your device, close the rubber cap firmly.

LandAirSea 54 Not Updating

    If you are not getting updates, check your mobile phone's settings. Verify whether you have granted permission for the SilverCloud app to send notifications. Despite granting permission, if you still do not get the update, the problem might be with the installation process. Uninstall and reinstall the SilverCloud app from your mobile phone and now check whether you get the update.

How To Reset LandAirSea 54

    The GPS unit itself does not store any history, so you cannot reset your LandAirSea 54 device. All the data of your device will be stored on your account for one year. All your data will be available in the desktop software; you can clear all the data on your desktop.
